Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Flora Studios. Each product is created with care and purpose. Because of the small-batch and custom nature of merchandise, all sales are considered final.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right, either through a replacement or store credit.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.

Flora Studios currently ships orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Flora Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days of the delivery date via contact form, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
